So everybody loves sangria (yeah, I noticed that from my last post ;)) But I understand that, because from the first sip, Sangria, simply says "Garden Party or just party!!!"
My idea is to make it with red or white wine flavored with Cointreau, brandy, oranges and seasonal fruits, and top it with a sparkling splash of Spanish cava, champagne, or soda (but who would do that - Spanish cava is the best;)) in glasses with fresh fruit and herbs.
1 1/2 cups rum
1/2 cup white sugar
1 (750 milliliter) bottle dry red wine
1 cup orange juice
1 lime and 1 lemon
