Yep, it's official. My flat is on the market! I had the first viewing today, and it already generated some leads... so fingers crossed it'll sell fast and I'll be able to REALLY start looking for a new home. I'm having such mixed feelings about this whole thing - one part is sad and the other super excited to start somewhere new. I guess it's only normal! Right? I went to see a place yesterday, but it didn't have the right vibe. I'm sure I'll feel it immediately when the right one comes along. I tend to trust my gut feeling on this kind of stuff. I'm keeping all my fingers and toes crossed!
Ps. If I had en extra half a million lying around, I'd buy this gorgeous old townhouse just a stones throw away from where I now live. Sigh. Swoon. Sigh.
